        I've used one stencil, one stamp and nothing would be complete for me without some sparkle

Well , I'm on the road again and doing some business in Brooklyn 

Before I left I thought I'd try for the first time a Lavinia stamp challenge and I love these stamps! 

              So bright colors here I come !!, 

Rediscovering my sense of imagination from my childhood , lost for years , but recently found along my journey . Tracy and her company Lavinia stamps is now the guide . Thanks so much everyone . You all make a difference . 

# 44 - The Colour Purple Welcome back to the 'Fantasy Stampers Challenge'.

Here I go again . Trying to enter a new challenge so I hope I can do it because my favorite color is purple . So purple it is . I've used a favorite stamp by clarity , clarity stencil and the words by Unity .

Fun with my first set of Lavinia stamps and the Brayer

Yesterday and today I've had great fun with my new stamps and fairly good time for the first time with the Brayer and Lavinia . I love these stamps , I'm beginning to discover my imagination of course with the help of beautiful,inspiration out there in stampland on the stamping journey . 

     This card is not traditional,for a sympathy card but off the tradition road and there isn't much to be said except sorry ,thinking of you and praying . That's the inside . Think butterflies also say a lot .

Well it's been down the road of Oops and stop when youre ahead and watch out for wet ink , but heck who's perfect ?  So I'm entering my card  anyway and I hope it qualifies . If not there is always another time and place .

I'm using clarity stamp Alice and a clarity stencil and  a stamp,by Chocolate  Baroque .

Happy sunday, my lesson today was more about " haste makes waste " but luckily I took a picture of my card before I,proceeded to try to change something and ruin it .so eager was I submit it to this weeks Less is More and hoping I'm more successful this week.
This  theme is congratulations and I think celebrate goes with it and my card looks like celebration . What could be much better than to fly away with the birds . Having so much fun , celebrating life .

A quick update on my journey . I've had such wonderful people try to give me some help here on the blog road and with a few detours and bumps on onward bound . I just love this whole journey idea . Sure you all feel,as I do it's all about the journey and let's make it fun . Put on your smiles no world here we come .

Less is more challenge The eyes have it

Have you ever heard the saying to keep trying until you succeed of course don't keep doing what doesn't work --- now that would be insanity . But I keep on trying to figure out this whole blog thing and insanity is not far down the road.haha .
     So enough said I'm trying to submit this to Less Is More challenge , the eyes have it and you can see the cute little frog eyes . Hooray and good day !

Chocolate Baroque stamp challenge

On the road again and it is late and I think I caught a bug . The stamping bug , have been posed by it all day and finished my card for the chocolate baroque stamp challenge . Used texture paste and stamped a few stamps , then a few butterflies and lovely verse and here it is . Now it's off to bed to rest and then see where tomorrow's journey leads me . Joy now. Jan

A beautiful hot humid day here on the journey and I'm heading out for a new challenge blog as I learn more about blogging and stamping and above all let's be happy doing it . I'm using Unity stamps ,it's my first and only set so far and I love it especially since I love hearts  and butterflies .

CAS challenge at the happy little stampers

Well  I'm  continuing on my journey and what could be better than a ride in a hot air balloon . 

Created this for my grandsons 9 th birthday and also thought it might qualify for a new challenge for me at happy little stampers .

The challenge is to use masking and I masked the oval and clouds and the balloon . 

 

My Matthew loves orange so I used plenty of it also .

It's an early day on the journey but an angel from the amazing company Chocolate Baroque helped me figure out how to add a gadget and a banner to my blog . Four hours yesterday , new gray hair and hair pulled out as I struggled . I got overly exuberant today and posted the banner twice ,and of course I don't know how to remove it ,but I'm going to let it be .

I've been under the weather  no pun intended and the journey has been one of rest . I'm currently attending the school of imperfection and so the trees you see off to the right are covering it up . I kinda of like  it . So I'm trying to live the journey and not worry about any destination. .

Cards for the grandchildren at camp

Jumped off the road towards Masterpiece School and came upon a sign that said School for those who seek only fun and Imperfection . Now that was right up my alley ( oh my , that's actually a road isn't it )? 

The cherubs ( grandchildren ) are off to a week of camp, very excited ,have been packed for a week --- are they Ready??? And they will need a card and note In order to remember Mema. ( grandma ) . Haha .

So I put together a quick one (. Really ? You ask ---no not really ) remember my profile ? The one about hidden artistic ability . ? I use to say no ability but that is a negative affirmation and actually that is why I am on this road ------ to discover and learn . Just a wee bit afraid that the masters out there  will be judging . Oh heaven forbid ! Oh well the little ones won't notice and I had some fun .

Chocolate Baroque challenge 12 ( I hope )!

Good day on Jans journey . Completed my newest creation for The  Chocolate Baroque Challenge . Several days later and many hours spent trying to figure out how to work this blog thingy and here goes my latest attempt . Anyone who says this is easy ----- don't believe them . I'm slow arriving but I'm like the steady old turtle . Don't give up women ! 

This is only a test because I am trying to learn to use this blog without someone to guide me . It's only me on this road today

This ended up on my background , how did this happen  you may ask ?   I have absolutely no idea , but I like it and I hope I don't push any buttons to change it right now   I'm in need of a techie on this road for instruction . This should be very easy . This is the picture I want want for background .,one day I will figure this out . Joy now today . Jan

Another day on the journey and a card made for the chocolate baroque challenge . 

Ah oh I think I shared a card on chocolate baroque . Oh it's hard being technology challenged . Where's a personal tutor when you need one .? Oh , that's right , I don't have one

Teaching the grandchildren to make a card . That's a funnier statement than you realize .

On Saturday I had a great time showing the cherubs ( grandchildren ) a few card making tricks from my very limited supply in my trick bag . Lillian's card on top and matthews card on bottom

First card I've made that I have shard on my new blog , new because I may have finally figured this out .,keep,fingers crossed .

Ok now this is one of many attempts to share my card ,inspired from Jo rice and clarity stamps .

The journey was delayed but now I think I'm on the right path

Well it's now June 24 and I just reread this note of May . Right track?? Are you kidding ? Big detour but maybe now I have found out how to upload or is it download my photos of my cards .,thank goodness no one is reading or watching me .
